With our ideal location along Olympia's waterfront, the Olympia Dragon Boat Festival offers access to a wide array of out-of-town teams, as well as local spectators and guests who stop by throughout the day. Our vendors can play an important part in the day's festivities, and we'd love to see you there!

 

The 2026 Olympia Dragon Boat Festival takes place on July 10th and 11th at Olympia's Port Plaza. 

This year, we are thrilled to invite locals and out-of-town guests alike to an opening ceremony on Friday night, ahead of the usual activities on Saturday. The celebration will run from 5pm-9pm and will be an evening of music and fun for the whole family!

Notable Information for Vendors:

  • PRICE: Free! there is no Vendor booth fee for the 2026 dragon boat festival. We're excited to build partnerships with local businesses and will accept vendor applications until spaces are filled.
  • FOOTPRINT: Vendor tents should not exceed 10'x10' and should be weighted for public safety. Total footprint must not exceed 12'x12'. If you need more space, please reach out to michelle@catalystpresents.com
  • EQUIPMENT: Vendors are responsible for bringing all materials needed for their own success including tent, tables, chairs, etc.
  • FOOD SERVICE: Food vendors are responsible for their own compliance with Thurston County Food Safety Guidelines and Permitting.
  • POWER/WATER SERVICE: There is limited power and water available from Port Plaza. If you need these items please be prepared with your own heavy duty extension cords and hoses. If water is needed, please be prepared to haul out any gray water created.
  • INSURANCE: Vendors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the Olympia Dragon Boat Club and Catalyst Presents, LLC as additional insured and certificate holders no later than June 30, 2025
